with the recent confirmation of Crystal ponies in MLP:FIM ([link]) and me being a huge fan of both the Fallout: Equestria series and MLP:FIM and seeing that Fallout: Equestria made no mention of the Crystal Ponies (not to the fault of the authors), i thought i would give an easy mention to them in a way similar to that from Fallout 3 ([link])

I assumed it was because the timeline split happens right before The Crystal Kingdom returns, my assumption is it falls and causes the world to spiral into chaos, thus causing the war and that is why no mention would be made.
